Commission Finished and Delivered

This morning we took the finished commission painting over to its new owners.  Hopefully they enjoy it.  It was fun doing it.

SOLD - El Viento 1 and El Viento 2

Yesterday a lady called me and asked if I could bring El Viento 1 and 2 for her husband to see.  We had spoken at the last art show I was at and she had seen the horse paintings last year at a show; but her husband had not seen them.

We agreed on a time this morning and I took them over for them to view.  They ended up purchasing them both for a home they are decorating in the USA.

I hope they enjoy them.

WIP Commission Painting

Did a little bit of work on the commission painting finally.  It has kind of been on the back burner the last week or so due to other time commitments.  Getting there slowly but surely.  It would go faster if I would quit changing my mind about things partway through.  Hmmm artistic license or lunacy?

Fooling Around

Today I decided it was a good day to just fool around.  I got out one of my photos that I had taken years ago from the scenic viewpoint in San Carlos, the little town about 15 miles from us.

I felt like doing something a bit looser than my usual rather tight and controlled way of doing things.

This is the result, not the greatest; but it was fun anyway.
